Happy New Year Southern Kentucky! The January 2009 issue of SOKY Happenings includes more than 600 events, some new authors and a special memorial to Dr. Kela Fee. We made extra room for the memorial by removing the regular page four layout where my editorial is commonly found. (Which is also the text I include on the home page.)
2009 will be a great year for SOKY Happenings as we continue our growth and diversification. Our health matters section will be significantly larger this year and we hope to introduce a new “interests” section each month this year.
The back cover includes the names of the advertising sponsors this month and once again, I would like to personally thank them for their support. SOKY Happenings is only possible because of these sponsors. THANK YOU!
