Fall is on upon us, so let’s celebrate by having a GIRLS DAY OUT! Join the fun on Saturday, November 16, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Knicely Conference Center, 2355 Nashville Road, Bowling Green.
Admission is FREE, and those who come early have a chance to pick up some SWAG! The first 100 shoppers in line will pick up one of the Girls Day Out Swag Bags. Inside these shopping bags are some gifts from a few of our vendors and sponsors as well as promos and information. If you miss out on the Swag Bags, there will be other opportunities for free samples and items from some of the vendors. Throughout the day we will draw for door prizes, but you do have to be present to win, so stick around! Just remember to register at the DJ booth when you arrive to be eligible for these incredible door prizes. We will be giving special prizes through “like & share” contests on our Facebook event page leading up to the event. Be sure to watch for those!
Anticipation and Arrival
You have been looking forward to this event for weeks, gathered up some friends, and as you arrive you see other friends lining up for the doors to open. The vendors have also been looking forward to this event for weeks and will put out some great items for you to browse, purchase or sample. Upon your arrival you notice music tickling your ears as Dennis Ginn feeds the enthusiasm with some great tunes. The anticipation for all will build as the opening time draws near, and when the doors open you will be greeted enthusiastically by our wonderful vendors, just waiting to meet you and share their products and services. You will find many handcrafted items like candles, bath products, jewelry, sock monkeys, kitchen items, home décor items, art, some awesome BBQ sauces and rubs, and much more. You won’t want to miss any of the elegant clothing items from some of the great local boutiques, including some plus size options. Direct sales vendors will be on hand with many of the products you love such as essential oils, make-up, household items and much more. Have a sweet tooth? Visit the Nothing Bundt Cakes booth to sample their delicious cakes, and they will have a large selection for you to take some home for the family! Every good girls day includes wine, so be sure to visit the Bluegrass Vineyard booth for your very own wine tasting. As you shop, don’t forget treat yourself to a chair massage to ease those sore muscles. There will be opportunities for you to order personalized items from many of our vendors. If doing so, be sure to get their business card or contact information so you will be able to follow up with them about your item.
Make your rounds and enjoy visiting with all our great vendors. We have over 75 vendors setting up, so there should be something for everyone. As you browse these vendors, you might be able to pick up samples or test some products. This is also a good opportunity to chat with the vendors and learn more about their products or company. You might even find a business you want to join!
Fun for the Family
Girls Day Out isn’t just for the ladies! There will be great items that the entire family can enjoy. Gentlemen can find great gifts for their special loves as well as wonderful items for parents or grandparents, and we know the ladies will certainly discover amazing deals for all. There truly is something for everyone!
The vendors have worked hard preparing for this day. They have gathered and made. They have loaded, hauled, and unloaded. They have designed and assembled eye-catching displays, all for you, their loyal shoppers.
