Cars & Coffee – Where The Locals Meet
For some, a hot rod and a hot cup of coffee on a beautiful small town Saturday morning is the definition of a perfect start to a weekend. For the folks in Cave City, Kentucky, it’s a way of life. Every first Saturday of the month, right on the Broadway strip downtown, they’re bringing you that feeling and more.
Cave City, Kentucky, located about thirty minutes north of Bowling Green, is the center of attention on the first weekend of each month. Whether you’re an owner, car enthusiast or you want to bring the kids for a fun morning out on the town for breakfast and some of the best signature coffee around – then this is the place for you.
Local vendors, live music, Dive bar drinks, and good down-home local folks all gather together at Cave City Cars & Coffee. Downtown Cave City has something to offer everyone! I’m pretty sure every time I’m there I see a new project in the works or a new business on the rise. It’s really cool to see a town that’s flourishing and bringing so much value to its citizens.
I mean, what’s better than a small town that brings together classic car lovers and families to support a local farmers market, take in local businesses and enjoy some live local music? I’m having trouble answering that.
New themes each month make this event truly stand out, and it caters to every type of car owner! From Corvette and Mustang themes to shows all about Jeeps and Mopars – if you own it, you’ll most likely have a chance to show it off at Cave City Cars and Coffee. It’s truly a win-win and when you have an event like this to look forward to each month, you can’t go wrong.
I’m impressed with Cave City and everything the town is doing to constantly bring more people in and make it better each and every day. I think we can all find inspiration in that. Events like this can be the driving force for a bigger draw – and Cave City does it right all the way.
Bring the kids, find something you like, go visit and support local vendors, local businesses and some of the coolest car people you’ll ever meet. They’re in Cave City, Kentucky the first Saturday of the month until October. Follow along for updates and upcoming themes on social @cavecitycarsandcoffee, too. After all, it’s where the locals meet.
