100% of all sponsorship and funds raised by this event benefit patient care at The Community Clinic and The Dental Clinic. The Clinics provide low-cost medical and dental services to qualifying patients who cannot afford these on their own.
THE “WHY” of Charity Ball
The Clinics provide low cost medical and dental care to those who cannot afford these services on their own. Some are uninsured, underinsured and just need help between insurance or jobs. Along with the Clinics, we support a Guardian Angel Children’s Services Program for children under 18 who also need these services. Our mission is to ensure healthcare is available to everyone in the communities we serve.
How you made a difference – 2021!
In 2021, 2,260 patients were seen at the Clinics, 1,423 prescriptions were filled, and 414 medical and dental patients were referred for services outside of the Clinics at no cost to our patients. More than 100+ lab visits were completed. Patients who required oral surgery totaled 62 and 55 full dentures were completed for patients at no cost to them. Over $57,000 was provided in services to children. The Ball, although virtual, raised more than $324,000! This community truly cares about each other.
