Thanks to our wonderful partners across the state, new director Tara Hall was able to make this her highest priority in 2022. Refreshing and redesigning 400mile.com with YOU in mind. Whether you are a shopper or a seller, you will find everything you need for success June 1-4. You can begin planning today!
Some might call them brave, and others crazy, but director Tara Hall and her faithful husband, John, took four of their children, ages two to fourteen, and travelled 300 miles of the 400 Mile Sale in four fabulous, fun-filled days. “I kept telling people that this could be the fun family trip that actually saves you money!” Hall exclaimed. There was lots of good clothing for the toddler, toys and games for the ten-year-old twins, furniture for the teen’s bedroom and plenty of cool vintage items for the parents. Everyone found what they were looking for thanks to 400Mile.com’s Map My Route. With it you can sort by day, area and, most importantly, items. The map orientates to show you exactly where to stop.
The Eat, Drink and Sleep Section contains our recommendations for unique dining experiences, coffee shops and overnight stays. The 400 Mile Sale Facebook page chronicles their journey including all the tasty treats and fabulous finds. Please tag us on your favorite social media platform #400milesale so we can see what fun you have!
The early bird catches the worm! Non-profits, churches and charities who want to raise funds should register as a Multisite ASAP. It’s free on 400mile.com. As soon as you hit Enter, Search the Sales shows your Multisite information for all to see. More Multisites means more business for everyone!
On your mark, get ready, get set… In late March, 400mile.com’s Map My Route page on our website will reset. Currently it shows 2022 data, so folks can plan their trips based on where sites usually are. When we roll over, it will show all new 2023 data. So, if you are planning a sale, register FOR FREE, as soon as you have a good idea what types of items you will have. This is very important because shoppers can sort their sales based on your items. We want to make a love connection between shoppers and sellers’ items. That’s to everyone’s benefit! We hope to see lots of markers when 400mile.com is a GO for 2023.
