Lifelong stalwart conservative, Bonnie Williams has dedicated her life to public service in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. With 26 years of service, she is one of the longest-serving employees in the Warren County Justice Center. As the Grand Jury Coordinator, Bonnie is solely responsible for scheduling the Grand Jury docket weekly and subpoenaing witnesses, as well as other assorted records. She prepares indictments and other various court documents. She researches criminal histories from local, state, and federal agencies for enhancement procedures. She is also a sworn officer of the court. She has a long-term exemplary working relationship with hundreds of law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys and they share a mutual, like-minded respect for each other. The Circuit Clerk’s office is responsible for managing court records and operations of Circuit and District courts.
Bonnie’s extensive career and family background have given her the knowledge and skill set to play this crucial role in the legal, administrative functions of the justice system. We need a true conservative with the best interest of the community in mind. Bonnie is honored and humbled by the enthusiasm and support found in her campaign. She will lead with integrity and give this office the work ethic and dedication needed to support the maintenance of law and order.
Bonnie is married to John Williams, a veteran of the US Marine Corps and a retired Kentucky State Trooper. They proudly raised three boys in this community and are blessed with a growing family. She would be remiss if she failed to include her faith as the source of her strength and ability to accomplish the things she has achieved. Bonnie is detail oriented, organized, and dependable. She looks forward to continuing her defining ethics of hard work and honesty in the Warren County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office to ensure the services provided are done so more transparently and cooperatively than ever before.
