25 years!!! We cannot believe 25 years of sunshine, sadness, storms, celebrations, birthdays and births have all happened, and we continue on! Our lives have been touched by so many blessings and friendships. Our dear customers have become friends, and our motto continues… “Enter as Strangers Leave as Friends.”
For our 25-year celebration, we are bringing back Garden Glory at the Farm on Saturday, June 22nd. We will have the big tent with live music, and two classes being offered. Roger Dennis, professor of horticulture at Western Kentucky University, will be giving the ins and outs of successful container gardening. Bring your own 10” container for this hands-on class. $30 per container, plants and soil provided. Call us for details. We will also have a succulent container class. Lots and lots of succulents to choose from. Bring your own container or terrarium that you would like to fill. All succulents provided for $30.
Kentucky Cuts owner, Jean Bowles, will be here with her locally-grown flower bar.
JD Barbecue will have lunch for sale on the grounds.
We are looking forward to a new generation coming to feed the goats, visit the pigs, see the chickens and pet the cats.
The Garden Patch on Main, in our old house, continues to be our home of daily operations, servicing all your seasonal needs. Flowers, antiques, Kentucky Proud food goodies, and excellent customer service are our specialties.
Visit us soon in Historic Downtown Smiths Grove!
