Hey, y’all, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are the Ostroms: Derek, Janette, and our son Jarek. We escaped Western New York almost five years ago, and absolutely love Kentucky! We never could have dreamed that we would own a place like Boyce with all its rich history, but God, He had other plans for us! We know that he has planted us here for such a time as this.
We are bringing back all the Boyce favorites like burgers, Friday catfish, and breakfast on Saturdays. In addition, we are bringing some New York favorites like beef on weck, pizza, Buffalo chicken wings, and some specialty grilled cheese and miscellaneous sandwiches. We also will be serving two special dinners a night that will change nightly. Those will also be available as prepared meals to take home. We will also have items like chicken salad, Buffalo chicken wings, dip, egg salad, and much more to take home.
In keeping tradition with an old 1869 general store, we want to offer unique merchandise. We have Hammonds chocolate bars, coffee crisp, and Aero candy bars from Canada. We will also have Stuckey’s nut rolls, homemade licorice, jellies, numerous Kentucky Proud items, and much more.
We can’t wait to serve you, and remember, Boyce is your store, we are just managing it for this part of its history!
