Vote to keep our proven Circuit Court Clerk
Brandi Duvall
The only candidate with experience!
PROVEN RESULTS
In 2012, Warren County elected Brandi Duvall to be our newest Circuit Court Clerk in THIRTY years! Upon implementing much-needed changes, our local Clerk’s office became notably one of the most efficient in the state. This is why we re-elected Brandi in 2018. Since then, our local Clerk’s office continues to thrive, and Brandi Duvall has continued to be our PROVEN and TRUSTED Circuit Court Clerk.
Brandi is responsible for managing the records of Warren County’s Circuit and District courts, providing professional record keeping services in addition to being the appointing authority for over 40 employees, handling the court’s money as the financial officer of the court, overseeing jury, and being the liaison between the court and the public.
Brandi and her staff work hard to ensure that our local court system runs seamlessly.
EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Brandi is the ONLY candidate with 29 years of relevant, job-specific experience that is essential to successfully performing the duties of a Circuit Court Clerk.
With a background in office management, records management, human resources, personnel, and bookkeeping, Brandi has spent the last 20 years in legal administration, 17 of those right here in our local Clerk’s office, and the last 12 serving as our PROVEN elected Clerk.
Additionally, Brandi is the ONLY candidate with knowledge and experience in Kentucky’s electronic records management system.
In 2015, Kentucky courts deployed the biggest change our court system had ever seen, the transition to a fully electronic records management system which directly affects and drastically changes how every Circuit Court Clerk and Attorney in the state conducts business.
In 2022, the expansion to mandatory electronic filing began and is currently still in transition. Brandi has spent the last nine years training and processing electronic records from concept, to pilot, to production.
The future of electronic filing is still evolving, and we need to KEEP our experienced Clerk who will continue to manage this massive overhaul of court records. An unnecessary change, along with lack of knowledge and experience, could lead to setbacks and delays in the forward progression of this movement, and the future of our local Circuit Clerk’s office.
Remember, Warren County, on Nov. 5th we are voting for Record Keeper of the Court, a job ONLY Brandi Duvall has ever done!
