September 14-17
Who wouldn’t want a peek inside a luxury home with approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of living space (which doesn’t include garages or other accessory spaces)? The detail and design of this and other custom homes is phenomenal. Or maybe you just want to see a variety of spec homes for sale to see what different builders have to offer or find your dream home waiting for you.
That’s what our Parade of Homes (September 14-17) brings to the public. Homeowners and builders open their homes so you have the opportunity to experience outstanding craftsmanship, new trends, and luxurious designs.
Whether you are looking to build, remodel, or just looking for a few design ideas to help spruce up your home or what’s new in other products and service, this self-guided tour provides something to pique everyone’s attention. Owner or mother-in-law suites are always featured, plus gourmet kitchens. And you’ll find great ideas to make lofts and attics useable space. You’ll see furniture staging and so many other design accessories to provide fresh ideas!
Presented by the Builders Association of South Central Kentucky and co-sponsored by FirstBank, Bowling Green Home Furnishings and WBKO Cares, this is an opportunity to see new colors, building products, home fashions, and much more.
All homes in the Parade are built by general contractors who have earned Registered Builder designation by meeting a stringent set of criteria including building education and experience, in partnership with many Associate members from carpenters, painters, designers, and more.
Tickets are only $10 (children under twelve get in free). Tickets are good for all four days and entrance into all homes on the tour. Tickets will be for sale online at www.bascky.com or in advance at the Builders Association office at 859 Lovers Lane from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. And they will also be available to purchase at each home on the tour.
The Parade Magazine will also be available at the Builders Association at any time prior to the Parade and during the Parade with a limited supply at the homes.
